What to send

• A correction on a reference page. Send the page address, the text that is wrong, and the correct value. Add the source, for example the game build, a patch note, or a screenshot. Read how we check sources.
• A wrong ranked observation. Send the page address and the observation date on that page, and tell us what looks wrong. The data comes from public profiles. We can correct a processing error, but we cannot change a game result.
• A privacy or deletion request. Follow the steps in the privacy policy and email privacy@batomon.com. For a Companion account, send the request from the verified email of that account.
• A public profile opt-out. Send the batomon.com profile address or the public owner ID, not a Steam ID. We can hide an accepted profile from display and from later updates.
• A Companion problem. Send the Companion version (now 0.3.20), the game build (now 26170127), your Windows version, the steps that you did, and what happened.
• Press or other questions. Write a short message with your question.

Never send sign-in codes, tokens, cookies, passwords, or Companion run files. We never ask for them.

Game account and purchase problems

Batomon.com is not the game developer. berrymint makes Batomon Showdown and does not run this site. We cannot help with a game account, a purchase, or a bug inside the game.
